I lose focus. I am not perfect. As humans, we have good days and bay days. On bad days I find I am angry, maybe even jealous. I wish I could be someone else, not having to work so hard. Then I saw this today.
"You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger."
Anger has been my own road block. I will change the way I view my own missteps, and work to hurdle the challenges rather than stop forward progress.
Do you sabotage your journey?
Why do you stay under your own obstacles by losing focus of your end goal?

With all the loss I have had in the past two years, I have alot of anger. I love that quote,
"You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger." It helps me to put my anger in a different light.

Anger make your mind blind to see the right path for solving the problem. Nevertheless, Jealousy is not like anger; it might leads to anger if not controlled.
