Sense of Purpose

The true meaning of responsibility is not just additional duties to be done, but has more to do with being honest to the task and driven with a sense of purpose. When I work with this attitude I find things getting easier and I also receive help at every step.

If you miss an opportunity, do not cloud your eyes with tears; keep your vision clear so that you will not miss the next one. Sphere: Related Content

Response- ability. The ability to respond (to changes) in the moment. I compare the term to responsiveness: Which then suggests: The ability to respond (to people) in the moment. Equally important! As to "ownership" (more in line with what you're saying): A person owns something only when he can control it (a bit harsh on control but gentle on ownership). As to purpose: That's "productivity" (much better than WORK but hard to get your pay beforehand... spiritually speaking).
