It's difficult being a parent. You want to do the right thing, even when the next step is up to them. They might not be ready to move on, and it is your job, your ONLY job as a parent to give them the tools to continue forward progress.
You are responsible for choosing your words, actions, and attitudes for the consequences of your choices.
Everything you say and do sends a message. Ask yourself: “what message am I sending?” Are you being an adult, a good role model for your child?
It wears me out, because I have enough on my plate, in my own growth and being a human being on my journey.
It's not enough to be status quo. Working full time, and full time school is great. What's next? What are your next goals? How are you going to achieve them?
